Asteri Villa

It is located 15k (9 miles) east of Rethymnon city at the entrance of Asteri Village. The villa was built with great care with materials such as wood and stone and is two storeys high. On the ground level there is a large sitting area, the dining room and the kitchen, as well as 2 bedrooms with 2 large bathrooms.

On the 1st floor there are another two bedrooms with en-suite WC and a large veranda with a panoramic view of the village and all the way to the sea. The villa exterior is such that ensures complete privacy for its guests. The swimming pool is located in the western part of the villa. Its position is such so that it is under the sun all day long. Next to the swimming pool there is a BBQ area. The villa can accommodate up to 8 persons.

Argiris Villa

It is located 14km (8 ½ miles) east of Rethymnon, in the settlement of Estavromenos. It is built at an ideal spot on the fringes of a hill and offers a boundless view of the sea all the way to Rethymnon City.

The villa is 150sq.m. (492sq.ft.) and is comprised of a large open plan area, including the reception hall, a sitting area, dining room and kitchen, and 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite WC-shower. In the lovely garden you will come across the swimming pool and BBQ. The villa can accommodate up to 8 persons.

It is comprised of a large open plan area on the ground level, with a dining, living room and fireplace. The kitchen is located next to the dining room. On the same level, there is a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom (bathtub with Jacuzzi.)

On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms lead to a large veranda of 32 sq.m. (364sq.ft.) with a boundless view of the entire lush green northern part of the village and the sea in the horizon. The swimming pool is located in the villa’s western part and its position is such that it is under the sun throughout the entire day.
